My stay at the Four Points Sheraton in Cali was quite pleasant. The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious, although the noise level from neighboring rooms could be a bit bothersome. The location was great, especially during the Christmas holidays, and near Boulevard del Rio. The dining experience was okay but lacked variety. The service, while mostly accommodating and friendly, had a slight issue with Uber misunderstanding payments. Overall, a good value for the stay.

The hotel offers amazing clean rooms and a variety of facilities such as pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, great restaurants, and bars. However, there were issues with the cleaning service, as traces of previous guest damages were present, and the room was infested with ants, leading to a disappointing experience with the hotel's staff. On a positive note, the room featured 2 full-sized beds and plenty of space.
